So Many Ideas, Yet So Little Time! Time Management Help!!!

Hey Warriors,

Damn i just looked through my 'LARGE' more general to do list and damn i have about 3 big projects on there that are projects to make me $5k (min) a month each and yet sooo little time!

I keep being tied between the stuff im doing right now in the IM niche and then getting pulled to the non IM niche which has soo much potential and all the research, strategy's and resources are done.. it's just implimenting it and getting it all done that's the problem!

In the IM niche i keep being given new offers, new products to promote and i already make alot of money in this niche anyhow.

Now about 50% of it works on autopilot and requires little promotion or maintenance (email answering, wso bumping and posting here, updates if the product updates and stat checking). But the rest is all things ive outsourced and need to just do a few more things to before it's ready to be released and then bam another few hundred a week income!

It's sooo annoying both making more than enough money already but yet having all these thing's to do to make more money and wanting to do them but just not having enough time and worrying that they might not work as well or be as easy a few months down the line.

SOoooo what i really need is some time management advice!

I have 2 VA's who start next week who will help to manage these new projects and finish off the existing ones so that should relieve some of the work load but still im over loaded with projects and yet don't have enough time to do them all.

Suggestions and experience highly appreciated

Eben Pagan has a product on this called wake up productive.

One of the things he says is to work in 1-2hr uninterrupted chunks then take a break..

Then another 1-2hr chuck and then a break..

He has a lot more good info in there too.

I'm in the middle of my break right now btw

I already do work 1 to 2 hours without stopping on my to do list and then take a 20 to 30 minute break which usually involves either eating a meal or smoking a cig and playing on the wii!

Maybe it's more of an organisation problem and not knowing when to stop working on something ha ha
