Default What's The Best Codec For Capturing Video?

I've been trying to use Camtasia to record an Adobe Ovation slide-show... but I've been having poor results.

The TechSmith Screen Capture Codec does OK at best, and the MSU Lossless Codec seems to fail miserably.

My slide-show has a video background, so I'm guessing that I need to find a codec that can handle on-screen video. Any suggestions?
