Hi warriors
Wanted to brainstorm with a few people to see if anyone has had this problem,

I just finished a few photo files and used windows movie maker with a free royality free music video and loaded to tube mongual. so far everything was okay all the video sites took the video without a hitch.

But logged into youtube and i noticed the video is blocked worldwide from viewing claiming it is belonging to some other company or some of the messages it verbaly spits out

"wtf". I say that because

  1. The images are taken form my samsung jet mobile phone.
  2. it was royality free music from google
It seems Youtube is too copyright secure? The video was about a product from nanacast which i was intrested in promoting but as marketer's here do you think now you tube has closed the net on the creative work or "fair use" it seems every time i create a video i get snagged by the same problem

does anyone else have this problem.

How do you know the music was royalty free? Just because a website says so, or a Google search says so, doesn't necessarily make it so. Were you able to verify it truly royalty free?

Does YouTube give you any option to argue your case?

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

yes the music was royalty free i checked the site out in the terms and conditions Royalty Free Music its fair use to use dennis under creative commons licence.

Also i do have the chance to agure the facts but ive done that a few times and lost so i never did i just settled to have it on other video sites and deleted it from you tube

I have uploaded a ton of videos to YT and I come across this every once in awhile and it's always because of the music but it's tough to try and help you without seeing the vid and trying to find out the problem.

BTW, when something like this does happen, I just go straight to the source of where I found the music, let them know what's going on and in most cases, they have got involved and helped argue against YT and that will clear the matter.

I think you did the right thing by just moving on.

Yeah, the first time this happened to me i was using a full version and Vip pass for animoto back in 2008-Early 2009 time(i feel old saying that:p)
Now animoto i was lead to believe it was royality free music and it also has the abilty to upload to youtube built in.But so many videos by youtube had to me moved off the site since Google has had the video site owned it seems you cannot really do much yet what is quite annoying is when you see the famous "Rick-rolled",Rick ashley music video uploaded by anyone and have 1000000 hits sort of P**sses me off when my own original work is being flagged around 45-60%,most of the time. Talk about a double sword.

      anyway rant over
