Need info about article writing site

Hi All,

I got much success at here in writing, so I decided to launch my website. I purchased my desired domain name also from godaddy.com

Now, I am unable to understand how to proceed? I heard many IM terms like back linking, SEO, ranking, etc.,

Can anyone help me about how these terms are useful for my work and how it will be possible. If anyone can help me dedicatedly to promote my website, I'll be very very please to him and will write some contents for him just free of cost.

Thoughts are most welcome
