I think you record the webinar and sell it as very few will pay unless they are in that niche so perhaps ask your ausience and see what kind of responce you get so use your initiative and get some ideas if there is a market

Sean Malarkey has much better programs. Not only does he teach it, he has over 100K followers and his students usually end up with tens of thousands of followers. I know he did a free seminar yesterday, don't know if he'll being doing another one soon.
