I was just wondering this morning if there are forums like this one in another niches? I am certain there are forums in almost every single niche out there, but are there forums remotely similar to this one? And by that I mean with something like the WSO section for products within that niche and high traffic? Well, I do realize that such forums might not do as well, but it's still an interesting concept. Just something to think about. |

haha... Not all forums are this amazing no way... but you will be able to find forums in just about every niche you are trying to promote easily by just doing a simple search in Google. This is what you are going to search for: (niche) forum, (niche) discussion, (niche) bulletin board, and (niche) phpBB. If you can't find one in your niche maybe it would be worth your time to create one! Hope that helps. |

Good thinking, Daniel...I'd love to know this as well. Although, in other niches, I don't know that enough people would be motivated to sell things to warrant an entire section of the forum designated as a marketplace. I'd LOVE it if there were, though! |

Yeah, you're not going to find a section strictly for selling things in most forums. That's not why they were created. Chances are, you'll only find different discussion groups. This forum is unique, in that people are selling their products/ideas to other people who are interested in IM. On the other hand, many car forums might have a "Parts for sale/trade" section, and things like that. It's really going to depend on the niche. |

![]() Do you have one of those in your forum? if you do I'm in! If you let me post in the GSO section free that is, I think I have some scissors lying around back from high school (great for trimming bushes), with that I will monopolize your entire GSO section and promote your forum to my list!

Hmmmmmm... VERY tempting offer indeed. ![]() But why would I let you post for free on my GSO when all the rest pay 21.99?! Or if you want, you can join my GR (gardeners Room) which is only $499 and there is so much info in there! From learning how to mow the lawn, to making paper flowers! Pretty cool if you ask me. |

Ok and I'll join the GR for sure only if you have tips on raking, I have some awesome forks in my kitchen that can be used for that, yet another great addition to the GSO section along with my scissors!

Yes and no. There are forums in other niches with massive amounts of traffic and huge numbers of registered users. In fact, if you name a hobby that any reasonable number of people are into, it's a safe bet that there is hugely active forum servicing it. Will they have a forum specifically for selling info products? Probably not. They will likely have a section for selling SOMETHING relevant to the niche, but it probably won't be specifically info products. The internet is a big place, and the Warrior Forum, while awesome, is NOT the pinnacle of size/traffic. |

I found a lot of those forums and they do have buy and sell section. Not the same method as WSO but it's still active. For example, I a member of an aquarium forum and the buy/sell section is very active. No WSO style because physical goods and collective purchases are involved. So go search for it. |

As a quick example, I just jumped over to a forum related to one of my hobbies. There are currently over 2200 people online (compared to 1500ish for the Warrior Forum right now). The site has over 200k registered members (compared with 100k for the WF). So yes, there are massive, active authority sites out there for all kinds of things.
