Ezinearticles Insanity! What Is Going On Here?

Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed a sharp drop in hops in my CB account from various niches that I wrote articles in and submitted to EZA (mostly last year) These articles all have good rankings in Google etc and bring in consistent traffic still. I thought something was amiss, so started some investigation.

However, I have noticed that literally all of the articles under certain author names I use have developed the same problem in which the HTML I use in my author resource box ("click here" for more info, blah blah blah) has been replaced with the anchor text, AND then the domain appears in square brackets next to the text, and is unclickable.

So basically with the above example it would read - "click here" [my domain name] for more info, blah blah blah.

This problem affects literally 100% of the articles for certain author names. But the funny thing is all of the domains these articles point to are still 100% valid and work perfectly. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark methinks.

Has anybody experienced anything similar?

And what am I supposed to do in this situation? EZA support is as much use as a pair of glasses on a bloke with one ear. I have never encountered any support system as useless (with the exception maybe of Clickbank, but let's not go there eh )

Regards, and thanks in advance

Sam

    Hi sam

one my customers has said the same to me so i dont think it is just you and her articles were written last year too and are review articles in a range of niches.

I would contact ezinearticles and see what is going on.

It's a very frustrating problem. Because of the number of articles involved it would take me literally hours to go through and change all of the links back. And who's to say it won't just happen again in a few weeks time?
