Warriors,
Have an unusual problem that one of my Wordpress blogs is currently recieving a large amount of syndication traffic on the RSS feed.

Currently it's in excess of 500MB a day with over 100 sites syndicating the RSS feed along with rss subscribers and search engines.

I'm considering distributing through feedburner and add adsense to the rss feeds.

Has anyone had this issue?

And how did you overcome it?

All the best

I always do all my feeds through feedburner.

They are very reliable and they provide some
    decent stats.

I think most people would think its a nice problem to have..

sure. get some adsense in there.. while you have traffic,, why not?

The fact that I have a large amount of traffic approx 15- 20gb a month that's not earning any revenue.

Yes traffic is great, but if it's not making money it's costing you money and someone has to pay for the bandwidth usage.

Yes that's the idea along with affiliate links on keywords (Which I have already working in Wordpress just not in the feeds)

Just a quick upate, I add my feeds to feedburner and added adsense advertising a approx 20 days later here's the results.

        1. It reduced my bandwidth usage by 50%
        2. It added a new source of traffic and add between 15-20% more vistors.
        3. My Adsense income increased approx $1.00 - $1.10 per day as result of advertising in the rss feeds (This 1 site only)

Not a bad outcome for 15mins work.

        Have Great Weekend!
        Regards
        Myles
