Need an suggestion for a business I am suggesting

Hey friends,

I recently met a lady who has made a career as a professional organizer. She has been doing this business for nearly 30 years now, and has a client list comprised of government entities, multi billion dollar businesses, and also, many homes as well. She had go to part time for a season of this 30 years to take care of an ailing parent, and, has been working to get back into an increased level of income in the past few years. She is starting to get there, and last night, I mentioned using IM to grow her business. We have a meeting this evening.

As of now, her website offers a store of about 10 E-Books and a How-To DVD, a client list, some before/after pictures, a biography, and contact information. She also has a newsletter that comes out on occasion (not sure if it's daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.) She also offers Virtual Organizing, and will re-organize your home/office whatever through the internet/photos/phone calls.

She wants to start increase the sales of her E-Books through affiliates. Also, she has talked about maybe doing motivational talks/seminars through Webinars.

I am looking for other ideas to grow her business, and, frankly, how I can help with it. I think it would be a way for both of us to prosper.

What is some good Webinar software? Also, how would I manage setting her stuff up through affiliates? Any other suggestions? I did a bit of keyword research last night, and it's going to be hard (but, not impossible, I don't think) to find a sub/micro niche she can capitalize on, but, I will do some more research in the next few days, as time permits.

You can try and sell her products on clickbank or paydotcom. These are the only two that I know of right now.

Also 1ShoppingCart can be used to set up an in-house affilaite program, so can rapid action profits (via Paypal).

I've used GoToMeeting.com for a webinar service, if you are on any marketing lists you'll see plenty of webinar invites so see what the other guys are using.

The best way to set up the affiliate program is going to depend a little in your marketing approach.
