Anyone knows of a CD/DVD + Book packaging services

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm looking for a company who has this services:
CD/DVD + Book packaging

for example: one kind of niche
CD/DVD is a digital file
and a Book

any recommendations? I've been looking at Createspace but seems like they don't allow CD/DVD of a digital file, i also looked at Lulu.com, it is possible. Any recommendations and/or suggestions? It would be nice if there is only one company who can do this all-in-one packaging services for you.

  I've used vervante for a couple years now, they totally rock. Never had a problem with them.
  
  If you are doing ONLY DVD or CD, kunaki is the way to go, been using them for about 6 months and they are so cheap its a no brainer.

Absolutely agree with Chad-Kunaki is great for cd/dvd and whats a bonus you can drop ship so only pay when need an order versus having to buy hundreds or thousands. When you start doing mass quanity then you may want to look at few other options.
