I'm building a new site for a really cool program I just joined. I'm using a WordPress template that I downloaded from the WordPress.org site. Here is a link to the theme:

It is the first time I have used this template and I'm having a little trouble.

If you look at the text links in the left sidebar you will see that they are all lower case, and an ugly green. I am using "a href" tags in a text widget. It also looks like it is pulling the page name from the page and not showing the text I put between the "a href" tags.

I have been through every style sheet and page file and I can't find the settings to change. It looks like it might be calling a "textwidget" setting, but I can't find it anywhere.

Any ideas?

Jason nailed it. You should pick up a Firefox add-on called Firebug; it's perfect for things like this.

All I had to do was right click your green link and click "Inspect Element". Firebug automatically pops up with the anchor (<a>) tag HTML along with every CSS code defining it, which file it's in, and on what line. It's definitely my favorite add-on.

My pleasure, guys. It truly is a developer's best friend. It also lets you edit HTML and CSS in real time which is a godsend. Saves me so much time since my SFTP server likes to take quite awhile to upload files.
