Hi All,

How much articles daily should I submit at EZA to get effective traffic on my site? Will it be useful for back linking purpose also?

Are other article directories also as effective as EZA?

I really appreciate you guys opinions.

I think what you need to do is sit down and plot out a series of articles that cover several different aspects of the ebook your selling.

You can break down chapters, headlines and even important points and expand on them as individual articles.

Once you have that, start syndicating! The key is longevity!

Think of it as the race between the tortuous and the hare.

While the hare blasted off the starting line he soon tired and rested, while the tortuous just plotted along and eventually won the race. = )

Write as many articles as you can comfortably manage.

Use the BIO for backlinks, yes that is a benefit.

There are several good PR dofollow article sites like ArticleDashboard....someone will give you a good list I'm sure.

Consider document repository sites like Scribd as well...just look
for places you can leave a word doc, PDF or powerpoint. Easy to make all these out of your article.

I would have said GoArticles in the past but they seem to have taken a nosedive lately..at least for me.

EZA probably takes the cake for human traffic from the site, I get about 100-150 unique visitors a day from them.

Also I turn all my articles into videos, YouTube has some massive traffic.

Something people haven't mentioned yet. Try looking for various keywords that targets the idea prospect. There are tons of keywords so you should be busy trying to keep up the article writing for all of them.

Just a question, if I use articles on my website and submit to ezines, and my website is a small niche site with only 7 to 10 articles, would it work in any way?

You do not have to write tons of articles to get a really high quantity of viewers. It is all about knowing how to do the right keyword research.

Does it mean put the right keywords in the articles?

First you have to know what keywords you are going to need then using them in the title and throughout the article.

Quality >> Quantity. Do some keyword research and write less GOOD articles, will have more ROI than mindlessly churning out 10 badly written and researched articles every day.

How many articles really depends on your niche, the keywords you're targeting, your CTR (ratio of visitors who click-thru to your site from your links in the article) and the article marketing competition you're up against.

As far as EZA is concerned, opinions are going to vary. You will find a number of article marketers who are biased in favor of EZA and you will find others who have achieved good results with other article directories. My advice: Don't blindly submit all of your articles to EZA - do your research (check the search engine results ... what do you see in the top 10 results?) before each submission and test things for yourself.

Read every article marketing thread on this forum that you can. Here are a few people on WF whose threads/posts I would read concerning article marketing: Jeremy Kelsall, James (TheRichJerkJerks), TimG, Zeus66 & Steven Wagenheim.

I wish you all the best in your article marketing efforts.

Submit at least five articles each a day. In my personal experience i watch my article got over 500 views which is submitted on tuesday or wednesday at 11.00 P.M with each article have at least 15 minutes gap [Indian Standard Time]. I don't know other one's, but in this way my articles get more exposure[Considering basicplus member].

Try to stuff [No Spam Please] the article with L.S.I keywords...Keyword research is important. Use long phrase keyword in every paragraph to dominate other articles.

Well it depends on your niche and other seo factors....Try to target atleast 3 - 5 long phrased keyword in your title as well as article's body. It is quite important to write for humans as well as search engines.

        Eg: Seed keyword: Puppy training.

Long tail keyword: Puppy Crate Training in 7 Easy Steps

        Hope this helps.

I am actually creating my own site to get more article writing orders. Thats why I wanted to know how article marketing is helpful for my business through EZINE or any other article directory?

You dont need to write tons of articles per day to get more page views; just get the right longtail keywords of the week to get the page views that you want. I have one article with the right lt keyword generating more page views than several other articles combined. Hence, research well based on the hot keywords today.

Additionally, keywords researched last week may no longer be hot today; hence, you have to update your research.

Do not use same keywords on several articles; they will only compete each other.

    Good luck

Here's some words of advice: Article Marketing is for MUGS! Everybody tries it and it generates very little traffic. Yes, it's free but the value you get back from investing all your time is just not worth it. Try PPL + PPC instead, this is what I do and its MUCH better than making your face turn purple on article writing/submission.

Just a thought. A change in overall strategy should be your main goal here.

Threads asking how to do Article Marketing come up quite often here - so I have a standard reply - I hope this helps:

Two brilliant threads to read about article marketing are these:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...marketing.html

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...eza-first.html

Read them both - all the way through - and take notes.

For further information I recommend the following directory - It is education in article marketing - a guide book and monthly newsletters - with a directory thrown in! You can read what Warriors think about it here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...alks-walk.html

Article Directory - Article Marketing Community

I can also recommend the WSO's from this guy:

It really is more about quality than quantity. I think that you need a steady stream of articles on a weekly basis, but that being said you do not have to write 50-100 articles per week to be successful.

Proper keyword research along with solid backlinking methods can make you some nice cash with just a few hours of work each week. You can use the Google Adwords Keyword tool to do research, and get backlinks via blog commenting, forum signatures, profile links, etc.

I started out using a combination of article and affiliate marketing to launch my internet marketing career.

There is absolutely no answer to your question and here is why.

Given that you do no external traffic driving to the articles (something that
greatly inflates article views at EZA but is another story) then let me give
      you a few examples.

If you're writing for the make money online niche, you can expect each
article to get between 20 and 100 views depending on how good the title
of the article is. This is not taking into account the popularity of the
writer or any external factors. The niche is saturated so articles will
naturally get few views. You will need to write a ton to get a lot of traffic.

If you're writing for some of the obscure niches that I write for (using a pen
name) you can get as many as 1,000 views or more per month from just
      one article.

I have some IM related articles that don't have as many views in 3 years
as some of my articles get in a month.

That is why there is no answer to your question. Depending on the niche
and keywords you choose, that will determine the results you get.

The good news is this. Once you tackle a niche and start writing for
it consistently, after about 5 to 10 articles, you'll have a very good idea
of what kind of traffic you can expect from them.

Again, this is provided you do nothing else but just submit them. There
are external things you can do to help the process along, but they're
beyond the scope of answering your question...which again, there is no
      answer to.

      In other words...it depends.
