RoboForm Pro and Firefox 3.6 - Toolbar Problem

Hi guys

Just did the usual update on my Firefox to 3.6 version and guess what: Roboform Pro is gone from my toolbar.

Tried all the obvious options to re-activate it but they are useless. None works. I even tried to download another version of Firefox 3.6 but the problem remains.

Any of you had this problem while upgrading Firefox last weeks?

Any feedback is appreciated.

    I haven't upgraded yet but pretty sure this has happened before. The company behind RoboForm seems to be pretty good though, they usually update pretty quick if I remember correctly.

    What I did notice is that Roboform has been paying up in the last week. I am not sure why that is but perhaps they lack behind with the software upgrade to keep functioning. I hope you can resolve this sooner than later.

    If you have a backup file of your data you could always try to do a new install of the .exe file and see whether this will help.

      Try contacting roboforms support, its good i heard.

      They would solve your problem, and give a better insight.

    It's working now BUT I am using this method till RoboForm provides the final solution:

    roboform will not work with firefox 3.6, what do I need to do?

    Hope they update RB this weekend

      I have not upgraded to the latest version of Firefox because a warning popped up about roboform not being able to work with it. When the new version of firefox supports roboform, I'll upgrade.
