Captions on Youtube - worthy for SEO results?

I have a vague memory of reading that Google and other search engines will soon be using some kind of voice recognition thing that will help with ranks in search engines. I believe there's a way to manually add the captions to your videos... so is it really worth it to fill all of the captions out?

The different search engines actually use some what of a different ranking factor and scoring system.

If you're using youtube concentrate on google rankings and factors because Google owns Youtube now.

So make sure that you have your tags and info in description tagged and positive backlinks to article, press release, and articles, correctly and you can gain better results.

I wouldn't focus on what may take place yet considering the search engines are testing a lot of things constantly.
