Telemarketing Service

Hello all,

I just wanted to find out if any of you warriors know af any phone services that can call leads for me. I have a double opt in email list of about 1,700 but I also have phone numbers for about 5,000 targeted leads but i dont think I could call all of them one by one. is there any services you guys/gals recommend?
