Clickbank 2 Tier Affiliate Program

I was searching google for 2 tier affiliate program through google and it comes up with couple of blogs that say it is possible, however i was not able to see clearly how to set this up.

Is this an extra feature in clickbank or am I missing something?

    Mmm, OK i see nothing that suggests a 2 tier system other than the author saying it does ? I have never seen any other ref to it ? but it may exist ?

    So can you (anyone) recommend a couple good 2 tier affiliate tracking program to use? I am currently using PayDotCom as affiliate tracking - but they claim they cannot offer 2 tier because PayPal does not support it. I see there is Post Affiliate Pro, and Amember, and Jrox.

    But... can anyone suggest any better company? Thank you.
