Enter Wolfram Alpha into the fray:

With the ability to provide FACTUAL answers Wolfram Alpha is something that big "G" so far cannot answer.

Because of this I'm excited to see how much of a better tool this could end up being then Google

    I think Google will either come up with soemthing similar or buy the technology outright. This seems like a great new piece of software/technology the big search engines don't want to overlook.

    Google's at the point now where they can just buy their way to the top... They'd either buy the company, buy the software or bring on more programmers to make a similar service and then make it better...
