Is there any way to see what page your article is ranked in Google?

1) Is there any a faster way to see what page your article is ranked in Google besides scrolling back 1>2>3>4>5>...30>31... and so on?

2) Also, why does my article fluctuate in position of a page so often?

(I.e. ,It might go from position 9, page 1 to position 5,page 1 to position 3, page 2 within like two hours)

Anyone can help me out please?
