I see that some USA companies (i.e. associatedcontent.com) will only deal with US citizens for up-front payments, owing to tax laws.
For non-US residents, what are the implications of setting up a post box address in the USA (perfectly legal) and then using this when signing up with companies like the aforementioned, in order to qualify for the most attractive payment options that would otherwise be excluded for non-US people.
