I am starting an LLC because that's the best for an Internet Business, as I've heard.

Anyways.. this whole taxes things is pretty scary to me...

I don't know anything.

Is there any Course out there that can help me learn everything there is to know about internet business and taxes.. and such.

Like..

How do I properly keep track of sales..
How do I properly pay affiliates here and overseas (Mike filsaime comes to mind)
Are VA's considered real employees...

.. everything..

Any recommendations?

I don't want to screw anything up no and pay for it in the future... I've heard many frightening stories...

Oh, and I think I'll be creating the LLC via legalzoom.com .. seems pretty easy.

Thanks.

Yep. Talk to a TAX PROFESSIONAL (advisor?) and don't ask questions in a public forum. It's useless.

LLC is not the best in many cases...you need to talk to a lawyer and/or accountant.

If you make enough money to worry about incorporating then you can find a professional to advise you.

I always sound like a jerk saying that, but this question has come up here hundreds of times and "talk to a pro" is the only right answer.

Haven't seen any tax courses specifically to IM'ers but nolo.com has tons of good books on business structures and taxes.

LLC offers 'limited liability', of course, but why is that a big concern in IM?

At least with an S corp, you can get lower tax rates by paying yourself in dividends (at least a portion of your income).
