Are you a WordPress "Guru" :)

Right, I thought so.

So you are the right person to ask advise on the
following situation I´m dealing with right now.

When installing Wordpress on Fantastico we´re
asked to give it a name.

I did that and the theme I installed worked fine.

However a question came to mind...

1) What if I decide to change the name, do I have
to delete that installation and start it all over?

2) Will I lose everything on my blog?

These were my questions...

So I decided to not give it a name when installing it
and insert it on the header graphic instead.

Well, the problem is the stuff on the theme I´ve installed
went up and it´s on top of the title name of the header
graphic.

So at this point I´m not sure how to proceed - kinda stuck...

So I thought to come to the WF and ask you - Yeah, YOU! .)

I´d love to hear from you... you have all my attention.

And thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts with me,

    Hi Paulo,

    I'm not sure I understand the question but if you are talking about the "Title" in the Fantastico setup, you can always change that from inside WP. If that isn't what you wanted to know, let me know and I will try again. Take care!

    You can add a name now... and then change it whenever you like, without fear of a problem.

    Just do it... as that famous sportswear brand used to say

    What Chris mentioned can be found in the general settings area and you can change the title.

    Well I ain't a guru...but you can easily change the name of the blog ...go to Settings->General Settings and you will be able to update the name of the blog...

    In addition to changing/adding the Title name and description in the General Settings,

    You can also go into your Theme editor and select the header.php file and remove the <div> section there so that you don't add text over your graphics.
