My Customers are Pissed Off at Me!
Since then, I've had a few of my previous customers write to me asking why I lowered the price after they purchased my product at the higher price. Some said it was unfair and demanded a refund.
What should I do?
I understand their concern. I mean, they just purchased my book for $10 to $20 more just the day before, but how am I to test different pricing or do special promotions without making anyone mad?
Any ideas?
