Serverbased Autoresponder for yahoo/gmailaccounts

Perhaps someone can help me:
I need a serverbased autoresponder software that will be able to retrieve incoming emailquestions from my yahoo- and gmail-accounts, ad them in separately lists and answering them depending on the incoming emailaccount with predefined html-emails and then send in defined timeintervalls followup emails e.g. 1 day after subscription, 3 days...
Now I´m using a AR that works fine, but it runs on my local computer and i don´t want to turn it on the whole time, and by growing the lists it becomes slower and slower.
What serverbased AR that fits my agenda can you advise to me? Perhaps someone had coded a feature for Interspire Emailmarketer so this can retrieve emails from pop/imap-accounts?
