Default Difference between "warrior for hire" and "WSO"

What is the difference between "warrior for hire" and "WSO".I want to sell a product/service but can't figure out the difference between the two.
My second question is, suppose if i have posted a thread in either of these two and after a certain period of time my thread is in the second page of the forum then do i have to pay the service charge again to get get to the front page or is it like a rotaional basis.or do i have to re apply again?
I tried to search the google for an answer but i can't find any. Can somebody help me.Its been bugging me for a while

WSO is supposed to be for products but there are services as well. More traffic, but your ad will disappear to page 2 quickly.
WFH is pure services and your ad lasts longer. But traffic is lower and highly targeted.

You need to keep paying to bump to page 1 after reaching page 3 on either.

A WSO needs to be a special offer at a price only available to Warriors and not the general public. No special deal is required for the "Warrior for Hire".
