Help With Home Warranty Website

Hello there fellow warriors...I am in the middle of helping someone launch a new biz .The website is for selling "home warranties" that cover almost every repair imaginable to people strictly in massachusetts...The company wants to stay local for the first several hundred customers..Anyways i had mentioned to them that advertising on the internet may not be very successful staying in just one state....They are also depending on sending out direct mail.......
Does any one out there have any suggestions or methods they could suggest to me that may help them obtain RESULTS...They dont mind spending money but i would like to make sure they spend it in the right direction...

He may want to start with some simple PPC ads on Google AdWords and FaceBook Ads. He can target the ads to specific regions and demographics.

Thank you for the input friend...But im afraid simple ppc is not exactly what i was looking for ...Iam actually looking for something a little more
involved than ppc ....For example Back linking,social sites , word press...Etc.But i do thank you for your input and if any one else out there has any more ideas or suggestions ..Then please throw them at me...

offsite seo like articles, blogs, videos, and press releases are the way to go. The way I do it for myself and clients generates powerful backlinks and top google rankings and the bonus is social media views as well. i do a lot other things but those are powerful and fast if done correctly. If you need any help let me know.
