hi radhika, it may be his settings...may not necessarily be anything that you are doing wrong. You can send him a msg and let him know so that way he may allow your tweets to showup on his page...cheers !

That's strange, are you sure he's following you? He might have stopped following you and you didn't notice; it happens. If it's a technical glitch it should get solved on its own. Last but not the least, he might have something changed in his settings.

Same settings (that he used to block my tweets) should be in my tweet account too. right? then where these settings should be?

Wait, tweets should only display if you are following a person.

So technically, if he is the one following you, it should be the other way around. You should not see his tweets and he should see yours.

Okay, his homepage will display his tweets and not yours.

The reason you see his tweets is because you are following him and the reason that you do not see your tweets on his profile is because it should only contain his own tweets.

You can only see if your tweets are displaying if you log on to his account.

  If someone follows you on Twitter, your tweets will show up on their page whether you follow them or not so if he IS following you, your tweets will show up on his page.

  I am confusing between /twitter.com/home and /twitter.com/USERNAME pages.
  
  Others tweets only displayed to me on homepage ONLY when I login. On my username page ONLY my tweets display no matter I login or not ...

It's either something to do with his settings or a technical bug. Try contacting their support.

Yes. Take a look at my profile page Aira Bongco (AiraBongco) on Twitter These are all my tweets.

However, when I log in, I will see the tweets of the people that I follow. I figured you already know that you can see that person's tweets.

You will not see what is going on with him if you will not log in on his account. His public profile will only display his tweets.

The correct term for the "home" page is actually Twitter "timeline". What shows up on your home page is actually your timeline that displays all the tweets from users that you are following. A user's "profile" page contains only the tweets for that particular user.
