Hi,

I decided to create a page with Videos that answer FAQ of our customers.

1. Do you know other websites that implemented such a page successfully?
2. Which tools do you recommend ?

Thanks!

You can do a faq section. It is always good to have one because it will save you a ton of time answering the the same questions. You could either use a webcam to record yourself answering the questions or use screen capturing software like camtasia (pc and mac) or screenflow (mac). There is a free screen capturing software available I think it is called camstudio. You could even use windows movie maker (pc) or imovie (mac) to do a powerpoint like presentation with a voice over.

    Good luck!

Post the videos on YouTube and embed them in you FAQ.
And link back to the FAQ from the YouTube video description.
    Gives you more hits.

I agree with the Youtube suggestion. Having videos out on the web, especially ones that answer questions, can be valuable and bring more traffic to your site.

A lot of people search youtube for information on all sorts of different things, and if someone ends up viewing your video, that's potentially another customer for your business.
