Advice For Professional Videographer/Editor Looking To Transition Into Internet Marketing
As some of you know I have been traveling around the country in an RV since April of 2008 and just recently I was discovered by Internet Marketing Guru Jason Moffatt. Jason found me on YouTube when he was searching through RV Videos. Jason just recently Purchased a 38ft RV and was looking for videos about what life would be like traveling in an RV. Well luckily Jason found my videos and also found my website Roadbandit.com Jason then contacted me and since then I have been traveling around the country with MR. Moffatt all the while being introduced to internet marketing stars such as Frank Kern, John Reese, Andy Jenkins and many many others.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Andy Jenkins the creator of Video Boss which is hugely successful product that gives the full breakdown of Video Marketing on the internet. Andy told me that instead of trying to learn SEO, CPA and other internet marketing techniques stick with what talents you already have an Implement those into Internet Marketing and the rest will work itself out. He warned me though, he said "with your skills you'll have more work than you'll know what to do with"
Those words of wisdom gave me chills. Video is the "must have" these days and I just so happen to have dedicated my last 10 years learning and practicing it.
One thing that I have noticed as I come across many internet marketers campaigns is the quality of their videos and the lack of professional appeal that so many viewers and potential costumers are accustom to.
So here is where I need some ADVICE:
What Avenue should I focus on to bring in some instant cash? The life of a Road Bandit is rough and just recently my holding tank go ripped to shreds and I gotta bring in some casholla pronto. I have some projects I am developing but those won't bring in some instant returns.
Should I try out some Affiliate Marketing? I would have no problem shooting a video to promote products...I could probably bust one out daily.
Should I post an ad on the Warriors for hire page? I am done with Craigslist...so many flakes and shady people on it.
Thanks for reading and this is my first post on WF so I am very anxious to hear everybody's responses.
Cheers!
Randy
