This is making me crazy!

Hi Warriors,

I am working at my new affiliate niche website for 8 hours now and I
finally arrived to the point where I can insert some images.

So I went to the affiliate resources page of the vendor and I clicked
on banners. Now these animated banners wouldn't work in IE for
some reason so I opened that page with firefox and it did work.

Now, whenever I try to save the image or insert it somehow into
my website, the animation isn't there anymore. There is only a picture
that is doing nothing.

I hope you warriors can help me insert a properly working animated
version of this banner on my website.

what i.e version do you have?

second are you inserting code from the merchant that has their image served on their site but loading on yours? or are you downloading the image, uploading to your server and then hyperlinking it?

we really need to see it to help

I have the latest i.e version. What I did was open firefox and then go to the
resources page where the banners can be found. There aren't any codes
available, only the banner is there. So I right clicked on the banner and then
chose save image as gif. That was it. But when I open the image the banner
is not animated it is only a picture (1frame).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry to hear that. I actually have a blog about being an affiliate for P90X and they offer tons of great videos on there. I have checked and found that IE does not play many of the videos and often times seen other web designers complain about having to customize their stuff specifically for IE.

Thanks for the answer. The problem is that I can't save a properly working animated
banner on my pc. IE is not the problem because I am using firefox now.
