Need to Hire Web designer immmediately

Hi guys,

I need a webdesigner asap. I have started a fledgling web developement company. Basically I have a reseller acct w hostgator and I have been selling webhosting by offering a 5 page static template site for $149 plus hosting of $19.99 per month.

Currently I have 3 customers who need their sites put together.

I just need someone who can use the content and instructions I provide to populate some host gator templates and upload them, as I am ignorant to web design and my last web guy fell through.

Its little more than data entry for a guy who knows what he is doing. If you can do this then I can get work for you all day long.

The pay is $75.00 per assignement. First assignment is $50.00. Shouldnt take 2 hours to do.

I need someone who can do 2 assignments per day and start immediately. Tonight even.

Looking forward to any interested responses.

BTW: I have done this alot when I use to manage a company with 100 employees who did the exact same thing for over 2 years...so I know how to make this grow fast if I can find a good solid web helper to work with me. Lets make some money.

Newbies with samples of work welcome.

Thanks,
John Durham

Thanks for your interest Brian. Honestly my plan is pretty basic.

The first benchmark is to sell 1,000 websites through telemarketing at 24.95 hosting fee per month.

I want to do this by

A: Raise the price to 299 for a 5 page static site ASAP
B: Pay 4 telemarketers 100 bucks per sale to make 1 sale per day ($75.00 per sale with a $25.00 per sale bonus for making weekly quota of 5 sales per week apeice).
C: Pay the designers 100.00 per sale.

I may work in a residual income opportunity for telemarketers.

After reaching 24k per month in residual income (1000) customers... I want to

A: Drop the 300.00 design fee.
B: Start paying the telemarketers by the hour
C: Create Niche online business directories
D: Sell one page listings in the directories for 19.95 per mth
      E: Each time a directory hits 1000 customers I

1: Leave one telemarketer on the directory that just hit 1000 (to manage retention)
2: Move the other telemarketers to a new niche
3: Start a new site in a new niche

The end goal is to have 100k per month residual income (5 niche directories). I think this can be accomplished in about 18 months.

The only reason I dont go for the niche directories right away is because I lack investment capitol and need cash on the front end to make it work. Input is welcome.

I will email you dan and kitty. Thanks for the responses.

In the end you make 100k per month with just a couple of telemarketers managing retention and maybe one webdesigner... maybe a customer service person....so you are making 100k per month and putting out about maybe 8-10k per month in salaries.

          Ps. Guys...

Understandably a webdesigner can get 1000.00 for building a website if they go out and land their own clients...I have gotten emails where some were insulted by my offer.

I know a web designer can get more for their skills if they go out and find business... this is how 'my" business works and the opportunity is for someone who needs to make $75. or more per day part time... the shorter time it takes to complete an assignment, the higher the hourly wage.

It is completely up to the person considering the offer as to wether or not they can make 35.00 per hour with it or not, before they accept. Im just putting the opportunity out there. It's up to YOU to know wether or not that is worthwhile for YOU.

Ps. Please include your email address in PMS.

    i still can`t post a PM
yeah, the price depends, i can make a site with 1000$, but also with 100. And it is about the time spent of the job. But you said smth about editing templates... that shouldn`t be much of a fuss, right?

Depends on who you are, its a fuss for me. I dont have trouble bringing in business... the design part is fussy for me.
