Products and services I need. Any suggestions?

OK, so I am going to set up an online store but setting up the store is of course not enough without targeted traffic

Need to build one way backlinks
-Is there a software you would recommend or do you suggest hiring people to do them?

Need to increase ranking on Google etc.
-Is there a software you would recommend or would you recommend an SEO service?

Is there anything else you would recommend when starting a store? I have done some internet marketing stuff in the past so I'm not a complete newb. But I mostly have done affiliate marketing stuff with mixed results. For the most part, I would spend more than I would make doing affiliate marketing using ppc. So even though I want to still use PPC for my own store, I want seo to be the main focus. But the problem is that I don't want doing that to take all my time so spending some money to have it done faster or for me is the option I want to take

    Building backlinks is building Google rank, its the same question and same answer.

    Build links using the ton of stuff suggested in the SEO forum, and write some content with a strong topical relevance - ie - make sure you do your keyterm and related terms research using keyword tools and things like Google wonder wheel to really nail down your text in relation to search relevance.

    For linkbuilding, profile links - plenty of packet providers out there, sites such as socialadr.com and iblbuilder.com to grab social links and one way backlinks. Look at generated content sites and how you can utilise those to increase the power of your main site by linking to them and then from them to the money site etc.
