Earning Disclaimers and Income Screenshots

So Warriors and Warrior-Lawyers,

Most of the vendors have an "Earning Disclaimer" with terms like:

(a) WHERE SPECIFIC INCOME FIGURES ARE USED, AND ATTRIBUTED TO AN INDIVIDUAL OR BUSINESS, THOSE PERSONS OR BUSINESSES HAVE EARNED THAT AMOUNT.

(b) ANY CLAIMS MADE OF ACTUAL EARNINGS OR EXAMPLES OF ACTUAL EARNINGS OF ACTUAL RESULTS CAN BE VERIFIED UPON REQUEST.
Doesn't that literally mean that the income screenshots on these websites are real and verifiable?

Many websites have verified screen shots but it is such a pain that many people are just fooling people around. They just want to earn money and that all.
    Therefore, be careful.

Aren't people afraid of the FTC?
