Is It Bad For Someone To See My clickbank affialite name?

If I am taking a screenshot of my back office in clickbank where it shows my affilaite id is it not good for someone to see that? What harm could come of it?

I don't see an issue with it. If someone goes to order a product from your link and scrolls all the way to the bottom of the order page it will show there. Also, a lot of people don't cloak their links and it can be seen there as well. I think you are good. If you are really worried about it just black it out.

My advice is to use an affiliate link cloaker for your affiliate links. That will resolve your problem.

  Outside of the "make money" niche, it's not as important as most people who
  buy things like acne cures, dating books and the like, aren't going to look
  for the link in order to stuff their own ID in it.
  
  Having said that, I cloak all my links. It can't hurt and it doesn't take much
  time.
  
  The way I do it is by setting up a php page on my server with a redirect
  to the sales page.
  
  It looks something like this.

  {
  header("Location: URL");
  exit;
  }
  
  ?>
  
  There are other ways, but I like this method.

Sorry, but that's not how an URL is cloack'd ...

If the first URL is www.domain.com?id=1234 and you redirect it, it can be changed

If the first url is www.domain.com and it redirects to http://www.domain2.com?id=1234, that second URL will be visible.

To cloack an URL, you need to redirect it and keep the address in the address bar, eg: www.domain.com loads all the content/cookies from http://www.domain2.com?id=1234 but the address in the address bar is still www.domain.com.

You can do that with .htaccess redirect.

It depends what's in the back office shot. Are you doing this to use as proof of your sales or something? If so, you'll want to black out the buyer's info (email add.) and anything that can be used to hack your account, although I don't think there is anything showing in your back office. As far as your Affil. ID goes, it can be viewed when people get to the order page at CB anyway. It's not really a big secret. No one can do anything with it unless they have your password.
