Weight loss niche, money making niche, ex back niche, dating niche are hot niches, as they have a lot of people promoting products therein.

I gather since there are a lot of people promoting things there, that these sorts of PLR products may be in high demand, as not everyone is able to create their own products, or write on their niches even...

a few generous people answered a similar question in a similar thread, so I want to give you what they told me.

Money, Health, Relationships are the BIGGEST to focus on.

more specifically...

I was told that people WILL pay more for higher quality articles. And what I have done in the past with my content writing service is to offer free samples (in this case, why not give away 1 free PLR article as a "freebie" to give people a taste of the quality...

People will pay upwards $27 for a 10 article pack of the best quality, original never been distrubuted and has a limited amount of sales before selling out.

Personally, I've seen them go for as much as $17 on this forum (but higher through other promotional means).

I didn't really need to ask, as I write occasionally on various degrees of niches, and it always..always falls back to the main three above. Stick with those, and you won't go wrong.

I'm sure you'll find this info useful, as it was for me.

  My main focus is on World Of Warcraft its my first money blog I am putting together. I can't say its the best niche but for me personally i could write about it all day long and that is the most important thing.
  
  After that its teh music industry, i am a DJ too and people are always searching for information to dj better especially as the inductry is changing so fast and products change as fast as computers. I think the importnat thing is to do what you are interested in then its no longer a job or a chore to write about.

I think you have to choose something that's hot but not saturated with products. If you can tell potential customers that you have a really hot niche with loads of buyer but little competition form rival marketers you will on to a winner.

facebook app niches like farmville Mafia wars vampire wars and cafe world have caught my attention as fitting the bill.

Sorry about double posting but I didn't find this thread until after I submitted my question to the wrong thread.

I am writing a set of articles on health and disease. I plan to have sets of 10 articles that over time would cover many of the common diseases and search terms. As I am a physician, they take some time to write as they must reflect both evidence based medicine and peer reviewed information.
For example, yesterday I wrote the first 500 work article on the common cold which took be about 4 hours with research to do. Given that a set would take me about 40 hours for 10 articles, is this a worthwhile project?
Is this marketable and how do I sell it?
I appreciate any help.

Hi William - I would think these would be in great demand and that you could charge a premium. Health niches are HOT but it's hard to know if you are getting accurate information especially with PLR. I'm willing to bet you could carve yourself out a nice little niche doing just that. Being a physician is not something everyone here can claim. If I were you I would put together some reports plus article packs and offer them as a WSO. Then start your own websites and sell from there.

To answer the OP - how about penis enlargement, breast enlargement and hemorrhoids?

Well, for a client a few months back I was looking
for scuba diving PLR - and the only product I could
find had sold out at 100 copies.

My recommendation is go for the more specialized
niches. The mega-niches like weight loss have tons
of PLR starting at just .99 for a complete package.

Of course if you have special skills and can develop
software, web scripts, or video stuff that adds some
value because other PLR people, wordsmiths mostly,
only know how to write.

I totally agree. As PLR becomes more and more popular, the smaller niches will be looking for product. My sister has an emergency preparedness blog and a mommy blog, she has a hard time find great
PLR for her niches. You can demand higher prices.

In my opinion there are three big markets:

Health, Wealth and Love

Then it's just a matter of going "nichier" (is that even a word?). In health you can go to diseases or weight loss; in wealth you can think real estate or internet marketing; in love you can go get your ex back or seduction.

Then go even "nichier" (if that's not a word it should be, it's so cool ;D): in diseases you can go diabetes or yeast infections; in weight loss you can go losing weight or getting fit after pregnancy; in real estate...

You get the picture. Just go "nichier".

Those are the three big markets and then you just have to find the really hot sub niche markets.
