Keyword elite problem

Hi there folks, normally I use market samurai but am on a slow pc atm and it takes ages for ms to pop out all the keywords so I decided to give keyword elite a spin.

I really like KE, it loads up much faster and for the purpose of just doing keyword research it has everything that I need but this morning I noticed a problem.

After doing 2 complete searches , piping to keyword denominator does not give me any data about competing pages, it is just displaying "No Data" in that column for all keywords.

I think , either google gave me a temp search ban or it is something else ?

    Contact their support. I have had no problems.

      Thank you on the reply Thomas but I think it had something to do with consecutive searching, i reset my router ,connection and restarted KE, seems fine now.

        Awesome! I will have to remember that if I run into any problems. I haven't luckily.
