Just the idea of having you work months to make your first sale shows that you know what internet marketing is all about. Most people quit if they haven't made money within a week or two.

Congratulations! The more you do this, the easier it becomes and then the income begins to roll in.

My favorite is when I get checks in the mail and money deposited into my account for products that I forgot I even promoted. I've had this happen to me every month since November.

Congratulations. Now you know what to do. Rinse and repeat! Many people make affiliate marketing out to be this ancient puzzle that cannot be cracked, when in reality it is just not that hard!

Simple formula: Find your customers--->Get Your message in front of them----> Make the sale!

Of course you should eventually incorporate list-building and other more "advanced" methods, but congratulations on your first sale! Now you can make 1,000 sales!

Congrats Hari, that's awesome

I remember how excited I was with my first affiliate sale a couple of years ago. I was selling one of Harvey Segal's ebooks and sold one for $37. I am glad no-one was in the house at the time because I was jumping up and down and punching the air like a madman. At the time it all seemed like voodoo to me after many years selling physical products, right up until that first sale.

Remember to get a few additional sales asap to meet their dumb distribution requirements. It will be tough. Just hurry and get those sales so Clickbank doesn't start dinging your account one dollar at a time.

Clickbank is very good. You can set your clock to when your paycheck will arrive. They are very consistent. Unfortunately, their accounting practices are a bit crazy.

That first sale does bring about a great feeling inside you that cannot be matched until you reach other milestones such as your first $100 month, your first $100 day, your first $1000 day......etc

The best part is you got something to work for you and it made the sale. Now you need to identify what it is that you did and continue to implement it while simultaneously working on improving it so that the return on ivestment continues to increase for you online business.
