Video to mp3 Conversion script?

Trying to help my stepson get his new website launched - does anyone know of a script that allows your visitors to convert videos to mp3s online?

Here's a site that does this:
YouTube to MP3 Converter - Video2mp3

There seem to be no shortage of such sites - but most of the scripts I have seen are full YT 'clones' and he doesn't want that - just the conversion ability -

    thats a good site, although i find clipping mp3s from videos using Video2mp3 sites makes the audio a bit distorted, dont you ?

      I have no idea, just looking for a script that can handle this type of conversion - not really terribly concerned with the quality of this particular site's script....
