Quick Question:

Does anybody ever have any concerns about outsourcing their social media efforts?

Does anyone ever have concerns with the hired company siphoning traffic off of diligently searched keywords, or maybe some black hat tactics that I might not even know about?

Any insider tips you guys could offer?

Any thoughts would be totally appreciated.

    It looks like a lot of people are utilizing the services of people/companies that offer the submission services and I was wondering of there are any concerns of which I should be aware.

    In my experiences with this I have found you are putting the reputation of your company in the hands of others as damage to your site's reputation can be done rather swiftly if the techniques that are being utilized are not quite ethical or just plain spam.
    Several times I had to go and apologize for the spam that the people I hired left. And this happened on several occasions from several different companies.
    If you don't care about such a thing then I guess there is no problem. But if you do care about your site's reputation then it is best to do small trials to confirm the quality and methods of your adhoc. Be plain in stating what you expect and what you do not want. Do not leave even the smallest thing out of what you are looking for.
