Your post is a bit vague but do you mean you want to make a wordpress page (for example the About Us page) your home page?

If so you click settings then reading then select A static page and then pick a page that you want to be your homepage.
Aplogies if I have misunderstood your question.

    Hi Rich dude..,
The default of your home page is already what you wanted ...
    yourdomain.com/index.php

However, the index.php after the slash won't show up when you load your site. And hence, your wordpress if installed on the main domain will look like this:

    yourdomain.com

If you want to put your wordpress in another directory other than the home page which is = yourdomain.com = yourdomain.com/index.php then, you will have to create
another folder named differently than index (yourdomain.com/whatever) and then install your wordpress to that folder instead.

If you post something new it should be displayed or listed on your index page. have you got a 'featured items' tab on your home page?

Maybe try going into 'settings' and altering the way your hompage displays your recent posts.

If you have installed wordpress correctly, then simply go to that domain location and find "login" or you can type this directly to your browser if it's installed on the root directly:

        yourdomain.com/wp-login.php

Enter your username and password that you chose during the wordpress installation and you'll be able to get into the dashboard. Other buttons are very user friendly. Take time to navigate..

Hi. Are you looking at SEO URLS ? I dont quite understand your question. If indeed you are looking at generating product/ page titles related to SEO you need to change your wordpress settings under Settings - permalinks. Also you should consider using the "all in one seo pack" plugin. Assuming of course my assumption of your question is correct :-)

I'm probably a bit late here... but for those that are reading this thread who wanted a similar solution.

The setting you needed to adjust was the 'permalink' structure to get your desired url output.
