Here are some videos which will help you kick start your IM business. Some of the most basic and fundamental concepts that you absolutely need to know are clearly explained in these videos. I created them using power point and camtasia studio along with the help of my american friend who created the voice-overs.

You can use a different domain registrar or hosting... the steps are almost similar.
