Pseudo names.

Hello, I'm Peter and am new to forums.
Most people have pseudo names for themselves rather than their real names. Is there a reason for this apart from just personal choice?

    Some people just aren't comfortable with having their personal information out there.

    Also, sometimes people will create a new name for new projects or different areas of internet business.

    The search function would help you out with all of your answers and research, 99% of the time! Oh, and if the 147 Posts already in that thread don't answer your question already, then you just aren't paying attention!

    I mean the warriors in there discuss what kinds of names they use, why they use them, if they use other "pseudo" names or not, and cheez, this even goes on for 3 pages with VALUABLE input. But who knew that was already on the WF, when we just can't seem to find the SEARCH function?
