Not sure if this is new or not but I just got a mail so I am assuming it might be . It used to be Kijiji, the classified site and is now owned by ebay, or at least has changed its name to a more well known brand. If this is new, do you reckon it will rival craigslist?

Heres the url... eBay Classifieds (Kijiji) - Post & Search Free Local Classified Ads.

I doubt it will surpass craigslist anytime soon. We can hope though. Craiglist rules for posting are getting ridiculous.

This looks like it could have some promise, but like Troy said I doubt that it will rival Craigslist anytime soon. One great way to get some traffic is actually to post a classified ad listing on the traditional ebay website. I think it is around $10 for 30 days, and you can actually get some pretty good traffic in some niches.

I can't find this. Maybe they ditched this for the free site? I looked all over Ebay (I think) and couldn't find a link to the "traditional" Ebay classifieds. Anybody have a link?
