Is there a way to turn this experience into profits?

I have been working in the cellular industry for nearly 10 years, and even now, am working for a regional cellular provider. I have done some light technical work, but, a lot of technical support, a lot of explaining bills, a lot of customer service, and a WHOLE LOT of sales. Is this marketable in any way?

I had thought, if I was not working in this industry now, about marketing myself as an "expert" in this area, about going with people/families in their quest to find the right phone/service. However, that'd not be right, as I work for a company right now.

Any thoughts?

    Write a cellular tips ebook, but then again these things get updated so much that your ebook would be outdated within 2 days lol

    Yes video is the way to go. Not as time consuming as writing an ebook and much easier to keep up to date.
