Do you mean where can you put the code to verify you own the blog?

Well I usually put it in a widget or in the header!

Jose, what google webmaster tools are you talking
    about?

I use wordpress for many things and there's nothing
it can't handle it's just a matter of tweaking some code...

I know for sure that there's a way to verify it, I just can't find it.

The widget on the header didn't work, nor the meta tag, or the page with the google verify page on the title.

Try just doing the file option and uploading it to the sever.

    Otherwise...
Paste the code in the header.php file. Put it above the </head> tag and you should be good.

Can't you use the sidebar widget and just add the code
to a text box, I guess you will have to test it out and see
      what works.

Or you can go to you theme and as Bishop says add it
to the header.php or sidebar.php files.

Remember you are not messing with worpress code you
are just editing your theme code.

This....Use the option to upload the html file to your /public_html folder and verify that way. No wordpress code to change or modify. Takes about 30secs.

I'm trying to do the same thing. Read everything under the sun. Now I'm using Cute.PHP to try and put the tag in there somehow. When i get it I'll let you know.
