Looking for a Thread on Creating Websites for Local Businesses

I've been searching for a thread I saw a couple weeks ago about a strategy involving selling websites to local businesses. Im thinking about doing the same, but can't seem to find the thread.

I tried running searches for keywords related to it, so far all I got was 3,000+ WSO's about how to make $300 an hour working just 7 minutes a day.

Anyone have one of these threads in their stats? I cant seem to find any. Thanks.

    Hopefully somebody can point us in the right direction

    I've been looking too for some pointers, for a couple of my local business clients

    Done the usual, registering with Google maps for local business, Yahoo local etc - wondering what else there is

    I am currently doing Local SEO work. I am following Maria Gudelis..she is awesome and a member her on the WF. Below is a link to one of her offers. Once you get there you click on her name and look at all the threads she has started. I also recommend her Mindmap 2.0..its AWESOME!!

    Yes, there is a lot of discussion here about it. I second that Maria is fantastic. She puts out quality stuff.

    When looking for guides, make sure you are learning from someone that is actually out there doing this stuff, rather than someone just looking to make a quick buck. Unfortunately because this offline stuff is so popular, there are a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon.

    I also highly recommend Jim Cockrum and Andrew Cavanaugh. They've got a real nice approach that is laid back and very effective

    Most of the threads I've got bookmarked are really wso's and stuff by Maria Gudelis or Jim Cockrum or Kelly Verge all quality stuff mind you.
