Do You Know What You're Really Selling?

It's important to really understand that you're not selling x or y.

You are really selling a solution to their needs or wants.

Like said before It's crucial to understand that people buy on emotions and justify with logic.

So begin to think of true benefits in your product or service and begin to express those messages.

Just like if you offered 24 hour customer service-no one cares however...

If you off 24 hour customer service so you can get questions answered or help anytime you want, then now that can be more beneficial.

A quick tip is to start looking at your features and come up with the benefits of that features and get that out.

You need to really find the real motivation and buying buttons for your product/service and talk about that.

I totally agree. If you are selling something be it product or service, you are in business and should be able to be contacted. If you bought something in a store and you couldn't figure something out, you would contact the store and get an answer.

I believe it is no different on the net. People come on the net for information - that is why Google is so huge. Make sure you give them the information you are promising.

I agree people are very emotional and by appealing to their emotions you can create a successful product that can benefit them and increase your conversion to your bottom line.

On top of that Tony Robbins said that "people do not buy products but buy states" so by helping your customer imagine all the benefits and positive emotions that your product will convey he or she will be much more likely to buy based on the positive emotions he or she is experiencing and then later be able to justify it with logic.

Bingo--play the emotion factor right and people will be reaching for their wallets a lot quicker. Even though I said it before above and mentioned here...

Remember that next time you are copywriting, marketing, advertising, and selling.
