Service to send bulk e-mails

NOTE: Now before everyone recommends Aweber (i have used them for years they are great) I am looking for a different kind of service not a opt-in autoresponder.

I flip domain names for money along with internet marketing.

I am getting ready to aggressively market to end-users for some of my 100's of domains.

My problem is I am sending out a similar e-mail to about 50-100 people for each domain and doing this for several domains a today. I find people who bid on similar keywords as my domain and others who have registered similar domains and might be interested.

I am afraid using gmail or a service like that my account will get banned for spam. Do you know of any good and reliable e-mail services that will allow me to send bulk e-mails like this daily?

    I guess I need to be more clear. I would like a email service that gives me a smtp address and login so I can plug it into the service I already use to generate leads for my domain names. Many autoresponders services require you to plug the emails in your self.

    just starting out in email marketing..can anyone offer advice? I use comcast which blocks port 25 so I can't use software like sendblaster without getting flagged..which SMTP service should I use? If I go commercial with comcast is that a good solution?
