I am looking to spread my wings and sign up with another hosting company.

Quick question ... Has anyone used hostclear.com for hosting?

Just want to know what their support is like. It will be good to know your feedback.

    I actually have...but I was unhappy with the interface and switched back to Hostgator.

    However, their support isn't half bad and about what you'd expect.

    Good luck in your endeavors.

      Thank you for replying to my question.

      You know you want to do something but you keep getting this nagging feeling that it might not be as good as you hoped it to be.

      This will help me make up my mind.

    We've actually tried several different hosting companies, and we keep coming back to HostGator....so with all due respect, I wouldn't bother with any other company right now.

    Most hosting companies lease their servers and data centers from ThePlanet.com anyways....so the only difference is customer support, and HG has that down to a science.

      That's what i needed to know ... Their customer support and this means a lot to me a non-techie person. High on my list is Backup, UpTime, Support and Disaster Recovery.
