Best niches for general traffic?

I have a site that gets a bunch of loyal visitors. My ad click-through rate is relatively high, probably because people hang out on the site for a while. The site could be categorized as "entertainment," and it's not associated with any particular niche.

Visitors are generally 25-35, 55% female.

What niches do you think are the most profitable? Obvious answers might include diet, fitness, dating, but I'm just wondering if they're not oversaturated by now. Agree or disagree?

What niches would you use to monetize this site? I'm not that interested in doing email marketing for this source -- I'd rather hit them with some CPA or Clickbank offers, instead of trying to capture emails.
