If I found a 2 word domain that doesn't end with .com but targeted for a profession.
For example one word is a location(city) and the other word is a profession.
is it considered a premium domain name?
Is it worth purchasing .org, .ca?

The only domains IMO with value without content are 3 letter domains, thats just my opinion ofc.

It depends on who you talk to and not even domainers can agree on what constitutes a "premium" name.

Generally speaking, however, premium names are dot com. Two-word keywords can be considered premium, if they're highly-targeted keywords.

One-word generics and most dictionary names, or "city" name dot-coms are premium.

Three-letter names are super premium. Most 4-letter names are premium. Some 5-letter dot coms may be considered premium, depending on what combination of letters.

the phrase "premium domain" is very subjective!

unless you're buying it for your own use, I wouldn't bother.

Thanks for your detailed response. Yeh I had my doubts. I wasn't sure if .ca was equally as valuable as .com
I'm trying to decided whether I should purchase it because of a new ebook I read on the War Room. some guy gave away something about 10 steps to flipping domain so I figured the investment isn't big so why not give it a try.

Oh ok thanks. I was thinking of flipping it but I'll reconsider.

By the way would a 3 letter domain ending in me considered premium? Sorry for being a noob I've never knew much about domains but after I read the ebook I found it pretty interesting.
